Nomae Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access and use of Nomae’s digital templates and resources. By downloading, purchasing, or using any template, you (“User”) agree to these Terms.

1. License

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Nomae templates for personal or commercial projects.

• Templates may be modified, customized, or adapted for your own work or for clients.

3. Intellectual Property

• You may not claim a template as your original work or remove author credits without permission.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where legally required.

• By completing a purchase, you accept the price and payment terms displayed at checkout.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

• Templates are provided “as is”, with no warranties, express or implied.

• Nomae cannot guarantee compatibility with all browsers, devices, or future platform updates.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Nomae is not responsible for any damages, losses, or interruptions resulting from the use (or inability to use) our templates, including downtime, data loss, or business disruption.

7. Updates & Support

• Nomae may release updates or improvements, but this is not guaranteed.

• Unless explicitly stated, ongoing support or customization services are not included.

8. Termination

• Your license ends automatically if you violate these Terms.

• Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the template.

9. Governing Law
