Nomae Terms of Use
These Terms govern your access and use of Nomae’s digital templates and resources. By downloading, purchasing, or using any template, you (“User”) agree to these Terms.
1. License
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Nomae templates for personal or commercial projects.
Templates may be modified, customized, or adapted for your own work or for clients.
Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the template (or any modified version) as a competing product is strictly prohibited.
2. Acceptable Use
Templates can be used to create websites, portfolios, landing pages, or apps for yourself or your clients.
You are free to host, publish, and deploy projects built using Nomae templates.
Usage must not infringe on third-party rights, violate laws, or promote harmful or illegal content.
3. Intellectual Property
All ownership and intellectual property rights in Nomae templates remain with Nomae.
You may not claim a template as your original work or remove author credits without permission.
4. Payments & Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where legally required.
By completing a purchase, you accept the price and payment terms displayed at checkout.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
Templates are provided “as is”, with no warranties, express or implied.
Nomae cannot guarantee compatibility with all browsers, devices, or future platform updates.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nomae is not responsible for any damages, losses, or interruptions resulting from the use (or inability to use) our templates, including downtime, data loss, or business disruption.
7. Updates & Support
Nomae may release updates or improvements, but this is not guaranteed.
Unless explicitly stated, ongoing support or customization services are not included.
8. Termination
Your license ends automatically if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the template.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to conflicts of law.
